Use this form to request books and media not already owned by the GC library. You may also use this form to put GC library titles on reserve, limit 50 books per course. Fill in and submit this form as many times as you must to complete your list. A copy of this form will be e-mailed to you upon submission. To place articles on reserve, use ERes yourself or fill out the Reserve Article Form and bring photocopied articles and personal copies to the Library Reserve Desk, 1st floor.
