1. Use WorldCat to find books in CUNY and beyond. Use ILL to request books, scores, theses, & media unavailable via CUNY+ / CLICS.
2. In WorldCat  CUNY Graduate Center  indicates a GC copy
3. In WorldCat CUNY15 indicates CUNY copies, request through CUNY+ / CLICS
4. Use  from WorldCat to ILL request any non-CUNY book with auto-fill form
5. If all CUNY book copies are checked out, on reserve, or unavailable, request via ILL with note
6. Include isbn for fastest ILL delivery
7. ILL & WorldCat are available for off-campus research
